Hey everyone!

After a short 1 week delay where I was super super sick in bed, I'm back!

And what better way to get back into gear than finally paying some tribute to another monster collecting series I've liked for years hahaha

I asked you guys on twitter which monsters you'd like to see, and I got a pretty good list to explore in the future. We'll even be seeing more of this guy if you guys want!

As for the pic itself, I honestly could not be happier with it. I really really love how the colors and the rendering turned out both on the character and in the bg, and drawing a pose from an angle like this was a really fresh experience!

I really feel like I'm finally getting comfortable with the basics of drawing. I decided I wanted to create the pic from this angle and then I just... made it. There was no big hassle or anything, I finally felt like I could just use my experience to approach this from a good way, and it just flowed nicely. I feel that if I tried this like an year ago it would have felt like a huge wall I'd hit my head against until I managed to overcome it, but this time I was able to just concentrate and make it happen how I wanted

Although tbh, I know this angle is sorta unusual for most people so I'll have to ask you guys to help out a bit with this pic, otherwise not many people might end up seeing it hahahaha

Anyway, I hope you guys liked it! Let me know how you feel about gabu here. I studied his design a lot before making this pic, so I am pretty confident I can make more on model pics for him if we want to (it's actually a bit surprising how few on-model pics he has for such a popular character!)
