Important Info: Yearly Membership billing bug (?) (Patreon)

Edit: Both issues seem to have been resolved, maybe it was just a temporary bug

Hey,

just a notice that if you suddenly have issues accessing my content, it might be because you paid for a yearly membership and upgraded to a higher tier on the same day or even close after your first payment.

I got contacted by two Patrons who had the exact same issue and who both purchased a yearly membership and upgraded it on the same day to a higher tier. Both are not able to access my content right now so there must've been something that went wrong with the billing, possibly because the first payment wasn't processed after the second was submitted. Only thing I'm able to do in those cases is to suggest to contact Patreon support.

If you have the same issue - or the same issue caused by something else, please let me know so I can contact Patreon myself with a few more confirmations of this bug.
