Important info regarding access to Discord for iOS users (Patreon)

UPDATE: I officially received a message from Discord telling me that while my servers were classified as NSFW, they're apparently not classified as **explicit** NSFW which means that iOS users can still access it.

I can imagine that this might change in the future but for now we're all good!

Original message:

Discord introduced a "NSFW Server Designation" which means that Servers can (and will) be designated as NSFW (18+) if most of the content posted there is in fact NSFW, which in our case it is.

This doesn't sound too bad, however, in their recent article they state the following:

"Additionally, all users on the iOS platform (including those aged 18+) will be blocked from joining and accessing NSFW servers. iOS users aged 18+ will still be able to join and access NSFW communities on the desktop and web versions of Discord."

Which means, if you're an iOS user, you must be aware that you will not be able to access our Patreon exclusive Discord anymore via your phone in the (near) future. Only via desktop or web.

I don't know when exactly this change will happen as I can't designate the server as NSFW myself, so I assume Discord will do audits and change it as soon as they're done here. If it turns out that I can in fact do it manually somehow, I'll give a warning a day in advance. 

Please also be aware of this:

"Users who identified as being between the ages of 13 and 17 during the age-verification process will not be allowed to join NSFW servers. 18+ users who have mistakenly identified as being between 13 and 17 can write in to Trust & Safety to have their age information updated."
