Commission info! (Patreon)

In around 1+ months i decided to open commissions only for Patreon members ( due to demand and insane amount of emails )

All Patron members won't have to pay paypal fee and im preparing new Tier with a discount as a response to those few Chads that decided to drop more contribution on patreon ( new Tier will have discount, one free variation + everything that current Tier have )
