A few patrons on the Discord mentioned a few things, and this Isekai (Anime about being transported or reborn in a new world).

Plot is a hero is brought to a new world and this Drow has made it her mission to have his babies... But he's only turned on by Tsundere... And no one in this world knows what that is.

Think Harem Anime only none of the girls are his type... Though in the above image it seems that the world was eventually saved? Or is she really just fat...
