So to see this months uncensored images, I need be a patron both this month and the next? I've been a patron several times, but I have only received one DM with uncensored images because I typically only pledge for one month at a time.

Hello, to avoid this problem from now on everyone will get a second message with the content of the previous month ( in 30/31th of the recent month ). This way you will be sure you will get the content even if you join later in the month. And yes, the rewards are given for the previous month, if someone joins for the fist time he will get the previous month awards. Please message to me in which months you did not get rewards so I can send them to you - I know you are my patron from a while :)
