New tiers, new costs (Patreon)

Hello, everyone, since the world has changed for the last year and a half and I have a lot of messages from leaving patrons that they had lost their job or had lower their financial status - I made a decision.
From today my tiers has a lower cost so more from you can enjoy my art with a little bit less worries.
