A new Tier arrives - Commission Patron (Patreon)

In the last two month I've received around 7 questions about am I making commissions. So I decide to make a tier where you will have the power to suggest characters and scenes. Here what it gives:

• All previous tiers benefits
• Suggest a character for the next Character Poll
• Suggest one scene per month as a Commission with some of the available characters
  ( communicate me with messages for the suggestions, sometimes I could refuse and you will have to change the suggestion )
