Q: What does Turn mean for your comics?
A: If I work on Turn regularly it means I will be working longer hours. Comic output will not go down, but may become more concentrated (e.g. 7 pages in the first two weeks, and then a Turn update at the end of the month)

Q: If this passes, is this a Turn funding page now?
A: My first priority is still lewd comics. If a month passes without any time for Turn, that's how it will play out.

Q: Why don't you make a separate funding page for Turn?
A: The problems with this are myriad. Half of my work would be invisible to the other campaign. People would have to pledge twice to get both. It's confusing. It never feels good to suspect the other campaign is getting more attention.

Q: What is the ultimate goal of Turn? What am I approving?
A: You're ultimately funding a short 2-5 hour experience that serves as a fun game, but also a proving ground to show that I can ship competent games. More on this in the years ahead if this goes forward.

My only concern is that we got one page in November and four pages in October (counting a doodle). We have zero for December thus far (only halfway through). All that by itself is fine, but Im confused how you can promise 7~ pages a month in two weeks work time. Im fine one way or the other, its your patreon so put the work where you want it. I only worry you are over promising, and either one project or the other will fall behind, or you'll burn out. I burned myself out splitting projects and trying to work extra hours between them, shits not fun.

I have to agree with this. This honestly isn't a great poll, because it's fishing for the answer you want, which is to get patrons to say yes to working on Turn. That's fine if you want that; I can clearly see that a lot of heart and soul went into the demo, and I'm sure the final product would be great if the same level of quality was maintained. However, this poll sounds like you aren't confident that people would support you if you were honest about how much work this would actually take. I think you would be surprised about the kind of support you would get if you asked "how would you feel if Turn took some time away from comics to make sure it's the most polished product it could be?"

Turn is a beautiful piece of work and I feel privileged to have been of service both financially and artistically. I'm also grateful to Cora without who's help I would not have been able to complete my University research on video game sound and earned my degree through work on the project. If the game is where you want to pivot your patreon output for the next while you can count on support from me.

I thoroughly enjoyed the short Turn Demo. It was Solid Platforming, with an interesting Cora Theme. I just worry that you are risking Burnout trying to crank out 7 comic pages + work on them game.

I do not mind in the slightest if comic production goes down if it means you working on something you really enjoy. Like the others have already mentioned, please don't burn yourself out.

I think you should continue with it, you seem passionate about it and it could open new doors for you, it's not the kind of game I'd normally play so not got much feedback to give mechanically that would be fair but here goes. 1) Greater differentiation between platforms and backgrounds, this is almost perfect save for the central platform in the boss battle and the section with the pollen spitters. 2) The generator takes too many actions to fill which is not helped by the way the pollen collides with the environment. In terms of music and aesthetic I've got no qualms at all, I like what I've seen of the gameplay sprites and I definitely want to see more of the larger scale sprites. I'm happy to keep paying to watch this ride.

Question: How do you get pass that "18+" warning screen? Literally nothing can be clicked on, it's not on timer, and no keyboard button work. EDITED: nvm found it. That's a very uncommon button to use for standard OK. I had to press all the keyboard buttons twice to finally find a way to pass through that screen. Maybe add a hint text or something? Other than that, this is certainly good quality. I haven't passed through that boss yet but it looks better than *some* finished games I've seen. Certainly much more interesting story than many :3

Honestly the game play and story so far are so good that I would play this game even if it was non pornographic.

A bit late to the party, but I really enjoyed the demo and honestly would continue supporting you here regardless of if you had it on the side and focused on drawing or if you focused more on the game. And I agree that a separate patreon wouldn't be all that great, imo. Maybe you could just add another tier for the game with a perk or two. Like a cameo, little icon in the credits, or something similar. Regardless, I will continue supporting you with whatever you decide on doing. I'm excited to see more art, as well as more progress on Turn :3 Keep up the great work and get some rest.
