Trust me, this makes reps much more fun, and it engages the pelvic floor as well as the core. Good form means lots of lube, good pace and nipples have to reach above the bar. She's a pro!

This one was just a blast all around. It's been a while since I've done animation really focused on weight and raw body mechanics. They don't call em body weight exercises for nothing!
