I love the face of Philomena in the first panel. But i wonder are all Ropets this intelligent and interactive or is Philomena a custom build? she seems to understand and question the things Celestia is talking about

Philomena is a custom build, based on a standard model. However her proximity to Celestia and her magic is already altering her perceptual filters and behavioral algorithms. in other words. her mind is being subconsciously molded by both programming and magic to align more accurately with how Celestia expects Philomena to act.
