Tinkering with Stick. (Patreon)

So remember my old qanba obsidian I got a couple years back yeah?  Its needed some upkeep and replacement parts for a while now.  Its one of the things I said I would do after I moved and so I finally got the parts I needed about a week ago.

Finally cracked the thing open and Eugh.  Many tiny spiders had somehow made it in there and promptly died, leaving their desiccated corpses and webs for me to find.

Doesnt have vents or openings so not sure how they pulled that off but they are destroyed, their legacy forgotten.

Anyway, replacing the side.. thingies is my main goal.  You can see how yellowed they are getting, and the silver paint is peeling.  I got some new plexi for the top too, but changing that means I have to blow this thing up into all of it's composite parts.

Even changing the side thingies (they have LED lights in them) means dealing with ONE MILLION SCREWS.

Also, new folding table to serve as workspace.  woo. Gonna put it by the window.

Edit:  Oh they snap off pretty easily from the inside I wont have to deal with these million screws.  I should update that post abou- *Wakes Up*

Wait.. No.  IT WAS A DREAM NOOO!  The million screws are REAL!
