DO NOT WORK WHEN TIRED.  

You think it will be a good thing to stay up a little later.  You think that even though you are dozing off like a cute kitten in a youtube compilation that a little more work will save you time later.

This is a trap.  Working tired leads to silly mistakes, Silly mistakes can cost you time, even with iterative saves.  When you hit that button, curse your own foolishness, then go back to your last save that was like... 2 hours ago (You lose your sense of time while working.)  and its already super late and you say "ok, I'll get some sleep and finish this in the morning."  Then because you stayed up till dawn like an idiot you oversleep like crazy and when you wake up you feel like you have separated into your component parts like a bottle of Italian dressing on a store shelf.  

AND youve got no Dew.

Also the day is half gone and youve got other stuff you need to do and then you CURSE your own foolishness even more.
