The Psychic water.. bird?  That flies with its giant hands.

I had totally forgotten how "old" this pokemon is.  Im not a big fan of alot of the generaton 2 mons,  I think Pokemon from that era have a real.. "sports equipment" look to them.  

But there are a few standouts.
