Speaking of Rita, anyone remember how insane her throwing arm was?  She could sling that staff (she called it a wand?) from outside earth's orbit and hit her target every time.  

Really, why even use monsters?  Just challenge the rangers to a game of pole darts and guarantee the win.  Would be easier than sending a monster with a rake... Or that chicken with a giant pair of scissors (seriously, what?).
