Sorry for the late update, I was learning Live2D "Physics Blending Settings" . Previously I thought to only "glue" all the related part to enable that function but I was wrong. I was testing it and realized some parts with "Physics Blending" can be auto baked into the animation script layer, but still have to manually add the key frame for the rest. It didn't went well the first time, so I spent a good amount time to adjust the Physics setting. Now my eyes are seeing doubles from looking at this too long. I'm going to rest for awhile and come back to this later for some minor adjustments.
