WARNING!:

This map is extremely "heavy", it will use a lot of resources and can even crash blender if you let all the collections/meshes active before hitting the render button. The texture folder weights about 2,72GBs.

My advice is to hide/mute the collections containing the areas you won't use, won't show in your camera view to save memory. (I have 32 gb of ram and a RTX 8GB card and would still crash blender for me on eevee).

This map is optimized for eevee but it should work just fine for cycles too, just hide the "eevee lamps" to avoid pointless calculations since there are a bunch of emission meshes already set in the scene, since eevee doesn't recognizes emission meshes I added those lamps to complement the lighting of certain areas. You can of course add a lamp or two for cycles depending of what type of scene you want.
