I think "Industrial Scale" helps sell the sheer scope of it, like it requires the dedicated processes of an entire industrial complex to produce the required amount of food to match her appetite.

I'd say "restaurant warehouse" portions. Serena is my favorite type of fit to fat character/transformation. Athletic and fit, starts to bulk up but still maintains her mobility and athleticism even into extreme sizes, but eventually manages to out eat her ability to even move with ease.
