Hello everybody! We're a little over halfway through the first season of Kelsey Lewin's new show Collector Corner. If you haven't caught an episode yet, the show highlights rare or unique gaming-related collections and the back half of each episode highlights somebody from the MinnMax community!

We have a couple episodes left, so we wanted to put out the call again to see who wants to be on the show. Please leave a comment describing your collection, we're looking for anything unique in particular. Feel free to leave one again if you weren't selected from the first post we did a while back. You don't need to have thousands of games, please surprise us with something that has a good story behind it. So far we've shown off a rare Castlevania collection, a complete Wii U collection, and somebody who mods Game Boy cartridges.

Would you ever do a Collector Corner for personal collections? Like, send in a picture of your collection and 1-2 sentences to describe why it's important to you, or something. I don't even want to send in anything! I just liked seeing that kind of stuff on forums. It's fun to see personal collections, even if they aren't worth highlighting on their own.

Would love to be featured! I have a collection of 6 arcade cabinets (1 full size, 5 A1Up) and an extensive collection of physical games from the NES to PS5, and every generation in between. A few high dollar gems throughout I could highlight. I also have two glass display cases of various statues and memorabilia.

My collection doesn’t take up the impressive real estate that some of the recent episodes have showcased, but I have 100+ video game soundtracks on vinyl record and would love to talk about the VG vinyl community. I can show off some of the box sets, unique toss-ins with records, packaging, and maybe even spin a record or two if Kelsey is up for it. Happy to send along any other details that would be helpful. Loving the series so far!

I have a Sofia Rotaru vinyl from the 1970s. Not gaming related but the first side is some of the best music ever recorded during the decade.

Although nothing is super rare (except the signed GoW cover from GIs 2018 extra life), I have an entire room in my house that we call The Game Room (TM) that has 15 glass cases of collectible statues, about 20 First 4 Figures statues, and boxes of stuff I don’t have room to display!

I had to part with 50+% of what I owned back in 2016 because of money and space issues, but I hit financial stability a few years ago and I've been slowly rebuilding the collection. I was actually a good reset - it gave some clarity on why I collect games. The games I own are from Nintendo consoles (SNES, N64, lots of Gamecube, Wii, WiiU,Switch, DS, and 3DS. The single coolest thing I have is probably the Gamecube ASCII keyboard controller. That or the lego NES. I think what makes my collection kind of unique is more about how I present it. My wife is a designer and I work with her to make sure everything looks nice on a shelf instead of like a brick wall (not that there's anything wrong with that). We have quite a bit of video game inspired wall art as well. Also, my wife says she'll hold the camera for me 👍

As a collector, I have to have the full collection of every series I have. So, I have all of the Assassin's Creed games for example, Prince of Persia, Batman, Spider-Man, I can go on forever...as far as unique games. I have the MSX Metal Gear games I have games I'd never be able to play. I have the full Japanese collection of Armored Core and Another Century's Episode. Uhhh. I have all of the Call of Duty games, all of the Battlefield games. I have a collection that spans from the Amiga and CPC systems to the just released Bayonetta 3.

In my gamer cave basement, I have about 800 physical games, most being Xbox to Xbox 360 era. I specialize in horror games, having most rare ps2 horror titles along with extensive collections of Silent Hill and Resident Evil. I have statues from MGS, Silent Hill, and Bioshock as well. Board games are also a big part of my collection, having about 40 or so. I’d love to be a part of the show!

Hey so I recently moved to a new house. I have quite a few games from a bunch of different consoles but my pride and joy right now is my switch collection which I have over 100 physical games, some special edition controllers, and a few other accessories. A lot of stuff is boxed up but I’d love to show off what I’ve got.
