Discord server reminder (Patreon)

Hey there! This is to everyone in the $10 tier and up. I've noticed some people are pledging but haven't shown up in the server yet.

Just want to make sure and remind you, you gotta link your Discord account to your patreon so you can get the invite and join, I can't send invites manually, it's all managed by patreon.
