Billing and Bank Issues (Patreon)

Hey all,
A quick note to newer members about Patreon billing: many banks will flag Patreon for fraud detection so you may get initially declined on your support. If this happens, it boots you from the Patreon temporarily. Just call you bank up and let them know to chill out and approve the transaction. Things should be good after that on future support.
