Hey all,
Just wanting to check-in to keep you posted on the progress. We've had a pretty significant wait since v0.14 came out so I know people are anxious--hell, we're anxious! First, I do want to take time to thank the community both here and on the Discord for you continued support, reassurance,  and just being one of the best support networks that an amateur group of game devs could ask for.  In comparison to the typically negative feedback for longer updates that I see from other game development communities, since this game's inception, you guys have been supportive. Rarely do I get messages from impatient people who complain about not receiving content. For those of you that hit me up in privates or talk to the moderators/devs on Discord, you know that we take the support and the time it takes to develop each update seriously. As I've discussed in the past, the more we grow as a team, the more risks we take as we take steps towards this vision. Sometimes these risks make better content but take longer.
 We're coming up on the 2 month mark waiting on an update and hopefully you'll feel this one is worth it.

Current Status
So if you haven't looked at the Overview tab, you'll see a shiny "100%" next to the rough draft progress. This means the first draft is done and the writing is completed. CGs right now still need completed for around 2 scenes. One is somewhat short while one is a bit longer and more involved. I'm hoping that doesn't translate into a ton of pics to slow things down. Would really make my day if I could have all the CGs done by the end of the week (that's my goal anyway) but we'll see how it goes. 

We've also added a new tracker for animations and set building. Stay tuned in the future for more custom stuff specific to the game. This will help show some of Lazy-Jayke's progress off but more on that later.

Confirming this update will end Chapter 7 : Deeper. So we will get some closure this time around and a few burning questions will be addressed. I'd like to give more clues to how the update feels but, honestly, I haven't even gotten a chance to read much yet. Blayke and I are still working together to polish things and I'm starting the first draft editing now. This process usually consists of typos and incorrectly coded graphics. It's very slow and tedious on the first run-through. 

Good news: length-wise, we'll break the record again. Right now, the code is looking at 2,800 lines; which actually is 400 lines more than the last update that most of you thought was long. Thus, for the amount of time that has passed since v0.14, progress has been pretty consistent and should justify the length of time it has taken to make this one. If you recall, we initially thought about splitting this update into two but the pacing was bad and it didnt work so sorta expect a double size one. As a reminder, I try and hit at least 1,000 lines of code per month so we're at 2,800 in 2 months right now. Those of you that stick around are getting your money's worth with this one. 

If things work out well, I would like to announce an official ETA this weekend but I'll say sorta off-the-record that I'll be really disappointed if its not out in the next week or two.

The game is so good already!! Really love it! And it is still getting better... :) We are so lucky you guys put in all that effort. Really looking forward to see more. Fell in love with Zack and Braden (a bit more with Zack though lol)... Thanks!
