Spider (WIP) | Updates (Patreon)

Hello lovelies!!

It has been a CRAZY wild week and so I thought an update was due. I've just been trying to transition into traveling and getting everything set up in a way that's easy to move and settle constantly. It's been a challenge! The good news is, the travel hasn't interrupted stream or my ability to paint - this solar system is proving to be reliable! It's crazy that I can just set up the computer where ever I am.

An even bigger challenge has been tackling this illustration of spider! But, the best KIND of challenge! Even though it's been hard, I'm incredibly excited for the direction she's headed. I've also learned a ton between this piece and Vulkania (thanks again for all the love on her, btw!). The biggest learning being about my EDGES and shifting values to something darker to better represent the character's form.
