For the past few months I've found myself waffling between what direction I'd like to take my art. I've been making more time for learning, exploring and discovering; sometimes that means that I don't quite have anything that's very "pretty" or "perfect" or what I would deem worthy sharing.

I really hope you guys have been enjoying all the sketches in place of larger illustrations. That's not to say the illustrations aren't coming back - they are, among many other things! - and I've big plans for new things to come. Another post on that soon, I imagine, but I've learned a lot and I'm finding my confidence again. I'm so happy that you're here to experience it all with me.

Unfortunately, I'm still facing issues with Project Starcall. There is a lot to consider on this end regarding the platform and where to take it - the biggest dilemma comes with the website host itself. But, I haven't forgotten about it and still doing everything I can to get it up and running - which might mean some more changes!

And Chains... oh my sweet child, Chains. It's a massive project, one that could be captured a million different ways and I really just need to time to explore them all. I am, as ever, so beyond excited to share the story with you at my own pace.

For those of you waiting patiently for illustrations, I've got something bigger in the works. You, my lovely friends and patrons, are the only ones who've seen it yet!

I won't give too much away about my inspirations just yet.
Enjoy the teaser!

Often times, in my attempt to GET SHIT DONE as I've learned has become my mantra, I forget to post some smaller updates regarding how things are going. So for those of you wondering after some of my posts from a couple months ago:

I'm doing okay! Art is difficult, you know?

There's always something to learn and the process often becomes such an emotional ordeal. But I'm climbing my way out of a deep, pesky rut and am about to discover greater things.

I just wanted to wrap this up by saying, thank you for believing in me. By the time you read this, term 23 rewards will be in your hands. <3
