Swapped the Waterworks and The Middlefolk Suburbs, because my dumb ass thought the city port should be on the opposite side of the city from the fisheries. Now we have a clear and distinct Uptown and Downtown.

This explains why my Cities Skylines games always end up covered in sewage.
