I had a little scary episode yesterday regarding my physical health, more specifically my back. I had a very sharp, stabbing pain right in the middle of my spine that had me shaking in a panic attack (I hope that's what the shaking was from).
The shaking stopped with some controlled breathing, and the pain partially stopped with some painkillers.
Long story short, this was a long overdue wake up call, the only kind of lesson I learn, unfortunately.

I'm going to go full on Jaya-Kun style with this and put myself through gym, swimming pool, therapy, physio, whatever it takes.

At the moment I'm 3 out of 5 pictures are done, not counting the animation.
I'm not bedridden and paralyzed, I will keep on working, I just have to take breaks frequently and generally sit less.

As much as I've learned to hold dear to the trend of consistency with posts, I will update you on whether the pictures will come out regularly or not, but you can be sure the billing cycle will not be paused. The show must go on.

Take care of yourself! This job can leave you sitting for long periods of time, and we often don't make changes until forced too. Sounds like you're already making some positive changes, but I'll add on and say frequent walks are good, just standing up often, and maybe think about changing out your seat here and there with one of those big balls (just so you're not settling into one position for too long). Good luck!

Thake care, dude. In my experience it was easy to sit and spend the whole day making tons of crazy stuff. (god knows I'd be working here with passion and obsession for the community) But our body has its own rules, and we must get along with them for our own health's sake. The more healthy we feed, the more we regularly stretch out, no rush, no stress, only disconnect, get a podcast and take a long walk to breath and make your legs work... Our society's routine is a slow but effective poison we must learn to be aware of. Stay strong, man, you'll get over this. Best wishes for your recovery to be back soon.

Oh No! Please take care of yourself, The changes you are making are a great start. I certainly hope this was just a scare & doesn't get any worse. Sorry to hear about it. I hope you do take some time to yourself to work on it & get better.
