Temporary, collective commission (Patreon)

Okay I have an idea, inspired by these guys. This Patreon page has turned exactly into what I want, (which I'm assuming doesn't mean you're dissatisfied) but it's fun to let people steer the wheels with a commission every once in a while.
To make sure I get a fee as close to industry standards as possible, but keeping in mind y'all aren't some GIGA CORP with money coming out of your ass, I want to try doing this:
A temporary (one month) 25/50$ pledge, for a maximum of 10/6 people.

The patrons will gather up in a Discord chatroom with me and discuss what they want, and the result will be a shared commission, basically. Anything you want.
The higher the price per person, the less people will be able to pledge, to make sure people's desires are heard. 
I am open to ideas, tell me what you think about this
