Phoenix She-Hulk Redraw - Sketch (Patreon)

Okay. If you spend any amount of your time on Twitter or whatever, you might already know of a recent Marvel event in which various Avengers become infused with the Phoenix Force. With everybody's favorite gamma glamour gal being one of them.

You might also know that there is a massive issue with her redesign.

Now I for one do not object to a much more muscular She-Hulk. Quite frankly, I was never a fan of her being a big green fashion model. I don't mean that she should be a carbon copy of Bruce Banner. But more meat on Shulkie's bones? As someone who is an admitted fan of muscular women,  I'm completely down with that!

However...when we get to the point where I'm looking at this new design and I quite literally cannot figure out what I'm looking at and I need someone else to confirm that, yes, that is Jennifer Walters that I'm looking at, then Houston?! Do we ever have a freaking problem here! Seriously, it's like they gamma-mutated Abby from The Last of Us 2 and stuck her into the comic instead!

Now other artists have already gone about redrawing this version of Jen. ThatStarWarsGirl, a notable YouTuber, being the most famous of them. But since I'm a longtime fan of Jen and Marvel and feel particularly stung, I decided to throw my hat into the ring and at least bam out this sketch.
