Start play Pokemon GO and record that. You would come out and walk and you would be able to trry a diffrent game. If i was there i would make dinner to you and me for i hate making dinner etc for 30 min or more just to be eaten in 10 min by my self.

Eyo, my friend. I don't know if it would be something you would be interested in, but have you looked at the Blue Apron recipe thing? It is a monthly sub, but they send you recipes and ingredients to cook meals. You could view this as a project and a way to get yourself to eat, maybe. Also, when my dad retired her started having health issues and such. Not having a job was killing him. If you have the chance, maybe do like he did and make yourself a garden. His is simple, just tomatoes and jalapenos for the most part, but it helped. I'm sure there are other things that might suit you better, but I do not know what you have in your area. Community Outreach, Charities, etc. I know you love making the vids and we love watching them, but while that satisfies and nourishes your 'soul', you still need something to do the same for your body. Look after yourself.

I would be more than willing to assign you a basic British army fitness routine. Only takes about 40 mins every 2 days, which can be worked into nearly any schedule, I'll even check up on you to make sure you're keeping up with it. As for your lip, maybe try treating it like a tattoo. Plastic wrap + moisture cream, which might suck if you're recording voice, but keeping it on otherwise could help your lip heal. Having had a few years of sitting at desks doing computer stuff, I can promise you that sticking to an exercise routine will give you so much more energy and make you feel a lot better overall. I'm pretty sure I'll be okay. I've started making a point to eat more and to, at least at one point in the day, go outside and take a 20 or 30 minute walk. I don't think this will solve everything, but it's a good start.

I would really like a garden! But unfortunately, the yard I have is nothing but weeds. Like... taller than I am weeds. And I don't have any way to get rid of them. However, I will find something as a side project. I'll look into the Blue Apron thing too!

Bleah. I can't do Pokemon anything. I never liked them. :) I think what I really need is a bicycle! That might actually really help.

It really shouldn't be all that tough to get out and go for a walk a couple times a day, and since you're aware you need more food your rational mind can be in charge over the lethargic appetite so you eat when you know you need it rather than waiting to feel hungry. You could even do the whole Jared thing and walk to a local Subway to get a big sandwich, and walk home. Just don't go all pedophile like he did. :P

Hi 2. I know exactly what you are going through. I eat wheat and milkproduckts from time to time but they are no good for me and I feel like crap when I've done it. I should do more exercise because my back is not that stable. I know what to do to get everything right, but if the mindset is not there for it, all good advice and knowledge helps nothing. Now I'm about to find a meaning and purpose in my live what will give me the power I need to convert my in a better version of myself.Because You and Uncle Kage helped mi several Times to cheer my up when I wars down.I wish you great success and power on your way to explore yourself and I hope you find in yourself the hidden powerupgrade you need.
