Y'know, what is your opinion on the issues this game brings up? Such as whether biological life is valuable, or if our consciousness matters more. And if it was possible to 'simulate' a human consciousness, how ethical would it be to do so? Just curious. Some of your more serious thoughts on things is one of the main reasons I started listening to you. Keep up the entertaining videos!

I'll be going into my thoughts on the game more as it progresses, but basically, I think the consciousness is what's valuable. We are all living inside machines already. Our bodies are machines made out of meat. The brain is a computer. It works astonishingly like the ones we have in our homes. To transfer "ourselves" to another machine is merely a matter of hardware change in my perception. Would it be ethical? Only as ethical as creating a new human consciousness... which people are doing on average of 5 times every second of every day on Earth! So I personally don't think the hardware or what it's made of is the most important thing. It's what you do with it and who you are that really matters.
