Big changes to Chapters 21 & 22, recommend re-reading them!

Hoping to have the context changes pushed into the Lesser Demon tier by Friday! Then hopefully we can quickly get it pushed all the way out of the Patreon tiers altogether. That would be ideal since there are some big changes in the editing!

I like the rewrites. I think the story is better for them. It feels like mc is a bit mischeivious what with the "joke contract", but she doesnt act too mischevious. I was expecting her to laugh or giggle when he rejected her. Or maybe like a "are you serious?" And a sigh from tanyan after actually reading the contract before he cancels it and returns it to her.

The re-writes are definitely something that needed to happen. The beta readers have really been super helpful for identifying weak areas in the story and I have been going after those spots and fixing them! I'll feel a lot better when the content editing is pushed past the Lesser Demon tier, but I can only manage to do so much so week -- gotta write 2 rough draft chapters & edit as much as I can. Still, we are making progress and some of the chapters aren't going to need as heavy as an edit as others!

Awesome chapter, also some rewrites make the story so much better for now! I am very grateful you make the extra effort. I think in this scene you slipped with the names. Taniel I thought was the unconscious monk and Tanyan the one still in action. I think Tanyan should have been the one healing the unconscious one. Or does Taniel have self healing powers? Anyways the two names are all too similar :D "The Martial Monk still had not woken up since the fight, and although Taniel had done some fancy healing magic that made his hands glow with yellow-white light, he wasn't expected to wake for a day or two."
