The rules and the building of the rules confused me so much but that’s not a statement on the game but on me ☠️ I only got into the game at the end but they were just playing simpler, when they explained it at the beginning and first started playing I was just so behind and definitely couldn’t keep up

The games are reminding me of current tabletop games that have lore in addition to be crunch + lots of rules and actions upon secondary and tertiary actions — I could see them taking a lot of inspiration from it but taking the card aspect out of it—TTRPGs have been getting really advanced but also more popular for common use
