Fun to have you both on this one! Thank you! I agree that Jongho is amazing, especially for his age and how much of the world he could conquer if he wanted to. I'll hold to saying that Dimash Kudaibergen is a better vocalist, and, like Jongho, can make you feel things even in languages you don't speak. I feel a little torn about the Jongho style versus the Jongho-in-ATEEZ style just because they are so different, and I want him as a person to have the opportunities to do things like this show, and to showcase his skills apart from the group. I'm very glad that so far KQ has been good at allowing him to take opportunities like this, like Immortal Songs, like Masked Singer, often in ways they don't (or haven't yet) given to the other group members. That he's got an OST under his belt at 22 just tells me there's sooo much more runway for him, and I love that for him. I do absolutely feel like he's got a place in the music industry for decades to come if he decides that's what he wants. He's also so phenomenally good at everything that if he changed directions entirely and suddenly became an actor, for instance, I'd not fault him. It's the exchange of one incredible talent for another. Knowing that he worked hard to get where he is, too, just cements the image of him being that much cooler.

Last night I was watching PD's reaction to Kingdom episode 8 and he said something along the lines of "I'm not a Jongho stan" (referring to the fact that he hadn't watched Jongho's solo covers and non Ateez related stuff). Watching this tonight hearing PD say "The greatest artist of all time is Jongho" and "I think I'm in love with him" just made me smile. Jongho's voice is what got me to stan Ateez and solidified them as my favorite artist of all time. While all the members are incredible and bring something special to every song, it's Jongho's vocals that time and time again pull me in and make me fall in love with their music. And don't even get me started about hearing them live. When I saw them in concert, I remember listening to Answer (my favorite song), and being like "Is he even singing? This sounds exactly like the recording." I showed my family the video I recorded and again, just marveled over the fact that he sounds exactly the same as he does on Spotify, it was so perfect. Something else about Jongho that I really love is that even though he debuted with an incredible voice, he never stops improving. He constantly is pushing himself to become better and the determination that PD talked about in this video shows in everything that he releases. I hope Jongho becomes really famous one day and I'll proudly be able to say that I've been his fan almost since the beginning.

And also the conversation between both of them is sooo interesting. Lee Mujin felt so comfortable around Jongho. You can really see how they click with each other on that musical level. I need a full Jongho ballad album right now! I want him to get to make ballad songs like he wants to. I know he loves being in ATEEZ, but he also loves ballads and specifically emotional ones. LET HIM FREAKING MAKE BALLADS KQ!! Taka from One Ok Rock is the only other singer I can think of that just embodies emotion with his voice. I saw One Ok Rock live up close in nyc last year and it was the most emotional concert I've ever attended purely because of his voice. Their live concerts from Japan domes are beyond anything you'll ever see. I would love your reactions to some of them! Especially We Are which is what Han sang in his Lee Mujin Service episode! And when I watched that and saw him sing THAT song I freaking died. That song is on its own so emotional and with Han singing it like that just WOW... I get emotional from a lot of singers and music and voices in general. It's one of the things I live for now. But only 3 singers come to mind like this, Jongho, Jonghyun, and Takahiro.
