I get what you're saying, the choice she made was a difficult one yet she did take the cowards way out. Even if she dies, her family still has to face repercussions of her and the son's decisions/actions (Poor husband😥). I think she should have gave Yohan the files and just secretly left with her husband (and I guess her son too....) and dipped to another country, like suggested in the beginning. Because to me she could have been a character that made it to the end, but she had to go to further Gohan's mindset (just a theory tho, so ignore me🧐). I don't know, what is everyone's thoughts?

It's weird that when I watched the devil judge and as I suggested it for drama club , ep 11 was one of the episodes that I was looking forward to your reaction to it. I just knew that PD would love the intricacy of the way this episode played out. Also for me the ending of episode 11 was one of the most intense endings from ep 1 to 11, seeing gaon completely lose it to the point that his priority was the files and not the fact that there was someone who just died just hit me and then the suhyeon face off man.

I think personally this is one of the best episode for me, as a viewer. But then I do consume a lot of content. Watching and analyzing shows is literally my hobby and I personally love shows that talk about morals, choices, conflicts in beliefs and values, more so than an exploding plot. What I loved about this episode was that you can see the conflicts being revealed at the highest point of all the relationships it built since ep1. This show's biggest pros for me was never how fast the plot goes but the relationships, the clashes of moral and values, even the gender roles. A "good" person doing the "evil" things, and "evil" ones are the ones "suffering" or being "manipulated" in this episode. Besides Yohan x Seonah, Seonah x Cha Gyeonghui, Yohan x Cha Gyeonghui, Oh Jinju x Foundation, President and wife teaming up x Cha Gyeonghui, K x Cha Gyeonghui, even the housekeeper x Seonah, and of course, Gaon x Soohyun??? Talk about dynamic and conflicts!!! It was so tightly written in one episode that everything was escalating so quickly. But besides the obvious, I found it also very interesting about how this show turned gender roles. Cha Gyeonghui would be a typical "father" figure, and the "wife" and "child" are at home being the "weak" and "emotional support" ones. Another thing I loved about this episode was president's wife. This character truly is one of my favorite villains in this show. That act from both the president and wife about "poor son" was honestly so chilling to me. (Of course, the acting was phenomenal from both of them actually. They have that calculating but acting like they care but look down on her and having that evil smile in their head) I don't know but that couple is seriously the definition of "partner in crime" to me lol This is one of the best episode for me from this show.

BTW Korea wise they have one main PD for the entire show, they have assistance PD and B-team to help.
