Even though it doesn’t seem like it, I.M is actually singing along with Kihyun in the chorus. The song is definitely lead by Joohoney and Shownu with Wonho, Minhyuk and Hyungwom here and there. At first listen, I thought I.M didn’t have any lines but as it turns out, the rap line turns into vocal lines with this song. We’ve heard Joohoney sing before, but not so much with I.M which is why I was shocked to know he leads the chorus w Kihyun.

IM (I think you were calling him IN?? 🙈😅) doesn’t have a specific part in the song, but yeah, I think i harmonizes on the chorus with Kihyun and Shownu. But when you have a rap feature that takes up an entire verse, it makes sense that they wouldn’t try to fit in another rap part. Also it I don’t think it would fit the song to have more rap than it already does. I am still lowkey annoyed that he isn’t at all prominent in the song, but it makes sense! We Monbebe do however hope that he will cover the rap verse in live performances 🙏🏻❤️

I have to agree with the I.M stuff. I’m pretty annoyed that he didn’t get his own part in this and instead harmonizes along with the other members. Don’t get me wrong, he does a fantastic job of that, but this just feels like Play it Cool (English Version) where his entire rap from the Korean Version got cut (still trying to figure that one out). I just feel like he gets the short end of the stick in English versions even though he’s one of the most fluent English speakers in the group? Also, if you don’t know PD, in about an hour Minhyuk and Jooheon will have a song drop! Jooheon wrote it for Minhyuk about a year ago and he features on the song and produced it. Please check it out when you get the chance!
