The crashing of XnView is caused by the new work file for this comic (10.4MiB current size). These new versions of Inkscape [currently 1.1-dev (fd3c084, 2020-08-12)] seem to become worse and worse. There are so many programmers involved and obviously they are not organized. Sometimes some sub routines got improved, in the next version it's not working properly anymore. As if one makes a change and someone else reverses it. That really takes a nerve. The latest versions don't even make a backup anymore, before the program ends after sending a crash message. Perhaps I should get back to the official version and wait for a while, until they have a workable version.
