Info about Inkscape:

The 'old' version is 0.92.5 (2060ec1f9f, 2020-04-08) and I couldn't do without it, because it has so many severe errors, that the newest version 1.1-dev (d3f8295, 2020-07-27) can't even open files created with the old one when it's about huge files, as my comic pages. And the programmers are really working on it, I just can't see what they actually changed and how long the still-to-do list really is. I just know that there are more than 900 issues (what is quite good compared to Windows OS's that were sold with 5 digits errors). Every few days a new version is available, currently I'm working with Inkscape-d3f8295-x86_64.AppImage and if it wouldn't be so serious, it could be quite funny to see how this program becomes worse more and more. Big errors remain untouched and subroutines that used to work well, suddenly become worse. Professionalism looks different. And no, I can't find the time to call there what went wrong again with any new version. That would take way too much time for me.

May I complain about freeware? Yes. After all it costs precious time to bypass errors, if they are new or already known.

Tanks for your patience and support.

Take care, stay healthy!
