It turns out, that the 0.03 version has some rather persisting issues, much to my annoyance, and probably yours too.

The developer of the asset I'm using is looking into the long saving times and also the music issue when loading a game.

If this can't be fixed before the next official release, then the next release will be postponed until a fix is made available or I'm done porting my game to another asset.

The updated version will include the following fixes, when released:

- Mouse-clicking to advance the text will now work again

- Added a "return to main menu" button to the relevant gane menu.

- Added a "clear saves" button that deletes all saved data for a fresh start

- Fixed some numbering issues to the save and load slots.

About porting the game: The new asset is very flexible and allows for much more complex storytelling, and it is almost done. When it is ready to be used I'll begin porting the game. This means, unfortunately and quite contrary to what I promised, that I'll halt releases until the porting it done.

You will not be billed for the time I'm using to port the game, but I will continue to provide the monthly stuff anyway, so just stick around until I'm done and ready for the next release.

I will keep you posted about when I'll start porting the game.


On another note... 0.04 is coming along slowly this time. Mostly because I've spent a lot more time than usually to troubleshooting. It's mostly the writing that has been slowed down, but that is also the easiest for me to catch up on.

If all goes according to plan, and I don't begin porting this month, then the next release will hit Mega around 04/04-2018 for the highest tier supporters, and five days later for everyone else.
