This week, you will wet yourself while napping. It's your choice if you want to wear a diaper or just wet the bed. Drink a glass of warm milk, warm tea or any kind of warm beverage. Then climb into bed, reminding yourself the whole time, that you will wet yourself.
As you sleep, focus your mind on getting the stream of pee going. Start the stream just as you are falling asleep. Do it mindlessly, without even thinking. Feel the pee pooling around you and fall asleep anyway. Just continue peeing as you fall asleep.
If you find that you can't fall asleep, just close your eyes and enter a deep relaxation. Feel how close you are to sleep, how you almost wet yourself in your sleep.
And after some resting, change out of your wet pants.
