I meant to publish this next week, but accidentally posted it early. 

Just follow these instructions sometime this month :)

You will wet yourself this week. Pick a day when you can put on a diaper. If you are ready to do this, get your diaper ready. Don't put it on yet. Just know that this week, you will wet your diaper. When the time comes, you will mentally know that you're not allowed to use the bathroom.

When you feel the urge to pee, start bouncing around. Start squirming. Fell how bad the urge is. Potty dance as the urge grows. You will not pee until you feel the urge to pee is about 8 out of 10 on the  urge to pee scale. Just when you think you're a few minutes away from having an accident, tell yourself "I need to be diapered."

This is your special mantra this week. Tell this to yourself over and over. I need to be diapered. I need to put on a diaper. I'm about to wet myself, I should be wearing a diaper like a baby.

Then, put on your diaper. As soon as you put in on, let go and wet your diaper. Feel how good it is to just let go, and pee your diaper.

If you've never worn a diaper before, this is your sign to try it. When the urge is really strong, and you know you can't use a toilet, peeing in a diaper will feel like a great idea.
