Create an internal monologue (Patreon)

As you pee yourself this week, you will have an internal monologue going. It's up to you where and when you wet yourself, but this week, as you do it you will have an internal monologue going. 

This is what you will think, as you feel like you're about to pee yourself: 

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I'm about to have an accident. I'm about to pee myself. I'm a grown adult but I'm about to pee myself. I'm having an emergency. I'm not going to make it to the toilet in time. 

As you pee yourself, you will think: 

It's happening, I lost control. I'm peeing my pants. I'm wetting my pants as an adult. 

After you pee yourself, you will look in the mirror and think to yourself: 

I am a pants wetter. I am someone who wets my pants. I'm a grown adult who has accidents. I just had an accident in my pants. 

And then you can change your clothes (or change into a diaper!)
