Hello Hypno Fans! 

This weekend you are going to wet yourself. You are going to really have fun with it. Drink a glass of water and turn on a TV show or movie you like. Let it distract you. Drink another glass of water. If you don't have to pee after 20 minutes, drink another glass of water. As you watch TV you'll notice it's getting harder and harder to be distracted... so when you feel desperate, just let your mind go to the desperation. 

Feel how badly you have to pee. Feel how intense it is, the urge to squirm, the urge to pee yourself. After ten minutes of paying attention only to your desperation, stand up and start peeing yourself. Just pee yourself completely and let out a sigh of relief. If you can, let out a sigh that is loud. You will feel different doing this, you'll feel like your accident is even bigger than it is. Just sighing loudly as you pee yourself... hearing yourself sigh loudly. This will make you feel good. 

Focus only on the feelings of relief, not on anything else. Just give in and enjoy the feelings of relief.

this was a really good idea so did it today! just now! it was so relaxing in the moment to give in and remember there’s no escape for me from being in the wet pants club. this is where my self belongs. the big cartoony sigh felt really good to let out too, like relaxed breathing for calming down. felt great! good idea mommy to remind people to give in to the wet pants club

loved this idea, Mommy. The relief and accident were both huge. By the time I stood up i legit couldn't hold it anymore while that big sigh came out. Next I found myself making a big wet puddle below me for all to see. :)
