Making a habit of wetting (Patreon)

How do you all feel about your wetting habits? Do you go through waves when you wet yourself more often, and sometimes keep your pants dry? 

Do you prefer to have it be a habit, or even like the idea of Mommy scheduling you to be in diapers once per week? It might be nice to have one time per week when you are NOT allowed to use the toilet, and must stay in diapers. 

The more often you do it, the more of a habit it becomes! What do you like? Do you prefer having accidents randomly when your bladder gets full? Do you like having a habit of wetting yourself regularly?
