This week, try something new, develop a little ritual for wetting yourself. Pick 3 days straight when you can have an accident, and pick a time of day to make it happen. Wetting yourself will feel like a special treat, to remind yourself to just let go. Pick a time, and wear your most comfortable clothes. This time, even if you don't feel like your bladder is full, go ahead and pee anyway. Get your body used to (or more used to) wetting even if you're not bursting to pee.
Every day, when you have your little accident, remind yourself "this is normal, this is a normal thing, I accept that I sometimes wet my pants." Feel the warmth, and feel how you accept it. Then imagine that Mommy is there. I see you, I see your wet pants every day for three days straight and I totally accept that this is normal for you. Feel what it would feel like to really be seen, in your wet pants (or wet diaper) and to feel totally accepted.
