Hello Everyone!

This month I want to focus on the theme of feeling that wetting yourself is normal, and that peeing your pants is just a normal part of your every day life. 

Tomorrow you will wet yourself. You will find a nice quiet time to pee your pants. Pick a time when you can really relax and drink lots of liquids. Do something that you enjoy, that feels fun. As your bladder fills, just notice that it's happening and let it keep happening, until it feels like it's getting to the time that you would normal use the bathroom. 

But this time, instead of going to the bathroom go somewhere where you can just relax and pee yourself (like the shower). If you want to, you can also just put on a diaper and sit back down and relax. Then without thinking much, just pee yourself. As you wet yourself, accept that it's happening. Feel how normal it feels to be wetting your pants. Let your bladder completely empty and remind yourself the whole time "this is normal for me. I sometime wet my pants. I'm just someone who sometimes has accidents, it's a normal part of life." 

Have fun, and remember accidents happen to everyone :)

I am really looking forward to listening into these files you create for us mommy. I can't wait to train to weaken my bladder over summer and be part of the wet pants club and regress to a baby again just like I should be. a very proud baby girl.

I drank almost a full pot of coffee and was in the backyard and released my bladder while looking around my garden. I tried memorizing the words and repeating them while walking around. I guess it is good to be in the wet pants club.
