Hello Hypno Fans! 

One of the beautiful things about hypnosis is how it can help you change and grow. Most of the files I release on Patreon have short term effects or effects that last only while under trance. However I've created things for my store that help with long term changes, like incontinence, developing new potty habits, bedwetting and developing an ABDL identity. 

The trick to getting long term changes is listening consistently. When your mind receives a message again and again, a few times per week it starts to adapt to it. Hypnosis is great for building new habits (like using diapers) because I can gently remind you again and again to do the new habit. Over time your mind and body remember the new habits without needing a reminder. 

A different kind of long term change is memory play hypnosis. Falling into trance and digging through your memories can help change how you remember the past. The harder you try to remember something, the more likely it is that you create a new false memory of it.
