Bedwetting Training - How to start bedwetting again! (Patreon)
Content
I know many of my hypno-fans want to experience bedwetting but have trouble getting there. I will give some advice for how to retrain your body to let go while you sleep. It's a great part of ABDL since it reminds you how little you are :)
1. Practice wetting yourself in bed when you are awake. It can help you re-train your muscles to associate the bed with going pee. Drink a lot of water and stay in bed, until the urgency comes. Then let it all happen, let yourself wet the bed. Practice it until it becomes easier. Especially practice wetting the bed in the position that you sleep in.
2. Create a Bridge - If it's tough to wet the bed even when awake, try starting to pee while on the potty, then pull on your diapers and then continue peeing as you go to your bed, to finish your accident there. This creates a bridge for you to associate peeing with the bed.
3. Lie in bed in your soaked diaper (or soaked pants) and just feel it, accept it, if you feel more of the urge to pee, let more pee out. The more you do it, notice and mentally process it the more your subconscious mind will remember later - the bed is a place for peeing. You might even fall into little space after wetting the bed. That's good, let it happen!
4. Before falling asleep, listen to bedwetting hypnosis (like some of my files) or reaffirm to yourself that tonight you are going to pee in your sleep. Imagine it happening - imagine how you let go in your bed. Prepare your mind with the idea. The idea will linger in your subconscious mind as you sleep.
5. Train your daytime bladder! Throughout the day, instead of waiting until your bladder is bursting, try to pee when it's only half full. Train your body to associate bladder half full = time to pee. That way, when you're sleeping, instead of filling completely your muscle memory will kick in. Your bladder will want to empty.
6. Get deep sleep. Do things that tire you out so you sleep very deeply. You can also take supplements, eat foods or drink tea that help with deep sleep. The deeper you sleep, the more likely it is that you won't wake up when you have to pee.
7. Eat fruits and vegetables with a high water content. When someone wants to break their bedwetting habit, they avoid high water foods. So if you are a little someone wants to wet the bed, eat those foods! Foods like watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries and cucumbers can cause bedwetting. These foods are good for you. Eat them before you go to bed.
8. Drink carbonated water. Carbonated and caffeinated drinks are known to stimulate the bladder. Caffeine might make it harder to sleep however, so don't drink too much caffeine.
9. Have liquids in the 30 minutes before bed. This advice does the opposite of what people usually do to avoid bedwetting. You want to wet the bed however, so drink liquids before you fall asleep, before you bladder notices. The need to pee will only come as you are already asleep. By them your body will be ready to let go and hopefully you'll just wet the bed as you sleep :)
10. If you wake up needing to pee, just go pee and return to sleep. This can happen on the path to bedwetting. I always suggest training your body to associate your bed with peeing as much as possible. Over time, you will wake up less and less, and instead your body will pee automatically as you sleep.
Experiment with different foods and drinks, and different amounts of liquids to see what works for you. To really become a bedwetter, try to make it a habit to re-train your bladder. Try to practice wetting the bed while awake 2-3 times a week.
Should I make a hypnosis recording out of this advice, to instill good bedwetting habits? Let me know!
