Food is a part of our everyday life, but some foods can be a little more special than other foods. Smiley face potatoes, mac and cheese, apple juice in a juice box - these foods can help bring you into little space. As you sip from your juice box, you can have a little moment to glow and feel little.
In my hypnosis age regression files I like to mention foods that can be associated with little space. The smell, taste and feel of some foods can just create the perfect atmosphere for age regression. A bottle of warm milk, mushy oatmeal, and mashed potatoes can certainly make you feel like a baby again. The texture of the mushy veggies is soft on your tongue and it might make you eat like a baby. (These foods can also help little ones use their diapers).
Then there are snacks that can make you regress to feel like a toddler or little one. Gummy snacks, cheerios, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are all nice snacks for an age regression experience. The taste and smell of little-space food can even become a trigger for little space. If you eat your favorite little space foods every time you want to regress, over time your mind will link the taste of the food to the mental state of age regression. What better way to regress than to have your favorite snack and feel it's magical effect over you?
Foods don't have to be only about age-regression and little space. Some foods or drinks can help you have accidents. For instance, drinking lots of prune juice can help you wet yourself or mess yourself. Over time, you might mentally associate this drink with loosening your bladder or bowels. As soon as you start drinking it.. your body knows what will happen soon.
