Since many of us are spending time indoors, I've come up with some ideas for age regression indoor. The easiest indoor age regression activity is to listen to hypnosis recordings, haha! There are plenty of other little activities that you can enjoy when you have a free moment. Sometime even letting yourself have 10 minutes a day to unwind and enter little space can make a difference.

Age regression can happen from the simplest things -  just sucking your pacifier and wearing fuzzy socks might make you regress. When you want to explore and develop your little/ baby side, you can explore more kinds of activities.

1. Watching your favorite cartoons. Youtube, Netflix and Kiss Cartoon have a variety of cartoons. You can get nostalgia from watching your old favorite cartoons, or discover some new ones. Age regression is often triggered by nostalgia, so re-watching something you enjoyed when you were 3 or 4 could get you into little space.

2. Coloring! Coloring was one of my favorite things to do when I was little. It's pretty soothing. It's interesting that "adult coloring books" have appeared in the last few years. You can find downloadable coloring pages online, like on Crayola's website.

3. Play with play doh. Play doh is truly timeless and ageless. Just the smell of it can bring you back to being little and having fun, squishing it around. It's fairly cheap, and you can even make homemade playdoh

4. Take a nap with stuffy, a blankie and a pacifier. If you don't have a stuffy yet, perhaps now is the time to get one. Being sleepy can bring out some subconscious feelings and can make it easier to sink into an age regressed state. Just get wrapped up in a soft diaper, warm blanket and feel how your bed starts to feel more like a crib.

5.  Read a children's book. When I first spent time with someone who regressed, I read him a children's book (Frog and Toad!). Similar to cartoons, books have the images and words that can bring you back into little space. If you don't have your own children's book, you can find some online, with pictures

6. Play dress up. This can be fun regardless of gender. Sometimes playing with makeup or putting on something silly, can be a fun way to release and relax.  You don't need many things to play dress up, just owning one tutu and tiara can bring out the silliness. Or perhaps a pirate hat and an eye patch.

7. Play in the bathtub! I wrote about bath time before. It's a nice place to get into little space because no one will bother you there, even if you live with other people. You can play with the bubbles and get silly.

8. Play online games. If you like to regress to more of child age, rather than baby/toddler age, you can search around for your favorite childhood games. They might not be on the original website anymore.. but if you search, you will find them

A super old game I recommend, originally from Barbie.com is called "Let's Babysit Chrissy."  In this game you get to babysit a baby and each time you play, the game gives new activities. It's worth playing a few times. The babyish feelings you get from watching Chrissy, might transfer to your own subconscious state :)

These activities are all different and have different effects. Sometimes the feeling of touching something squishy and soft like play doh can bring out subconscious feelings. Sometimes is an image, a melody or a smell.

What are your favorite little space activities?

Dear Hypno Mommy, thank you for the great ideas and tips. I am looking forward to trying some of them and having fun. Most of the time I do point 4 or point 1 and watch a few episodes of "My little pony" and relax with my pacifier. I have not yet made a baby bath but it is definitely very nice to play with the foam. I will probably have to buy some more utensils. 😘
