Feeling Diapered Without Diapers (Patreon)
Content
Many people feel that it's easier to regress when wearing diapers. The feel, sensation and even the crinkling sound can be triggers for regression. You probably have some memory deep in your mind of the feeling of diapers. The feeling of mommy taping you up in a dry diaper. The crinkling sound. The bulky feeling under your clothes. Then the feeling you had when it was wet and soggy, fuller and heavier, when you were ready for mommy to change you.
These are immediate triggers for a lot of littles. As soon as you put on a diaper you feel little. You regress. Your mind enters that zone. But some people cannot wear diapers - either because they don't have them or they don't want to have them at home where they could be found.
You can still simulate the feeling of diapers in some way. If something more discreet is better for you than diapers you could get incontinence pads - they are not as bulky or obvious. To feel diapered without an actual diaper - you can get a large t-shirt or a small blanket and fold it into a diaper. Here is a tutorial on how to make a diaper out of T-shirt: https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Homemade-Diaper
You could also get something cushy between your legs- a blanket, cloth, a towel and try to simulate the feeling of a diaper.
The most important part is really the mental part. Close your eyes and remember the feeling of a diaper. Pictures yourself wearing it, and imagine how it feels against your skin. The more you imagine it, the easier it is to feel it.
And for those of you who do have diapers, you can enjoy the experience even more by focusing on the feeling of it on your skin. Feel how it feels dry, and then how it feels as you wet it. See how it affects your regression? Is it easier to regress wen in diapers than when in regular underwear? Is it even easier to regress in a wet diaper than in a dry one?
